Ice-blocks have been a great way to increase Ryland’s Veggie intake. I started with mostly fruit then slowly transitioned to more veggies. Changing how you present veggies can be a great way to get more veggies into their diet. ICE BLOCK INGREDIENTS: Celery Cucumber Spinach Avocado Banana Blueberries Handful of frozen veg mix I’d love to hear tips from other parents how you get more veggies into your kiddies diet🤗
