Our Base Trainer Michelle has background of over a decade in Competitive Fitness Modelling and holds titles in South Australia, Nationally and has competed internationally!
She has helped more than 100 men and women to get their bodies in the best shape of their lives and take out many Overall Titles, Pro Cards, First, Second, Third place and helped get her clients to Nationals.
Our Base Trainer Sam recently awarded CHAMPION COACH at the ICN Comps in 2019 and took out the title for OVERALL Classic Bodybuilding at IFBB Pro League in 2019, 1st in Classic Physique Novice class A
2nd in Classic Physique Open class C at Arnold’s Classic Australia.
Sam is also The First Vegan ICN Pro Athlete

"“After turning pro with the guidance from The Base Transformations I returned for season B 2018.
My main goal this season was to show progression, gains & build muscle for the IFBB Pro League which was an untested organisation and I would be competing natural.
My coach Sam has years of experience and success with in the bodybuilding industry. He set me up with a programme and meal plan.
He performed Body Fat Tests, which is a great way to track your progression and to me keep me motivated. His meal plan included high fats.
Each fortnight my body fat came down and muscle mass increased. My first comp WFF saw me bring home once again 2 years in a row the Overall Sports Model Champion.
After this Michelle came in & supported Sam & both made some changes to my meal plan and training to keep me progressing as this prep was relatively long.
I came home from ANB with 2 x 1st places and 2 x 3rd for my categories and the next step was IFBB Pro league. Michelle went above and beyond to customise my meal plans For my digestive issues and IBS.
The support didn’t end there. I was then given a reverse diet to follow post comp to help me safely and effectively put on healthy fat once again and Arrange regular weigh ins every month to ensure I’m keeping on track."

"At the start of November I decided to change my approach with my current prep and get in contact with Sam!
After meeting up with Sam and telling him all my goals and realising how far I actally was from them we set a plan for me to compete in icn SA in 5 months time. I walked into sams office the first time weighing in at 68.9 with a body fat % of around 25%
Every second week I met up with sam to have my current check in and each week I was blown away with myself with how much I actally lost! Fast forward 5 Months and I lot of check ins me and sam decided I compete in wff the week before my planned show to take my nerves away!
Wff came around and sam was there for every second and every question I need and trust me there was a lot!

I was originally only going to compete in the Classic Physique but after some great advice from the one and only Sam we decide to also enter the body building category as well! So thankful for his advice and glad that I did because it massively paid off for me and I have now realised that my body is definitely more suited to Bodybuilding!
Thanks to The Base Transformations for an epic competition prep. I committed and prepped for a total of 25 weeks, having a check in every fortnight for body fat pinches and a custom diet plan written to cater for my goal but also to fit into my lifestyle! I barley did any cardio, only in the last 4 weeks of my prep was I doing a slow walk on a treadmill at night for 20 minutes. Sam has helped me with my weight training to obtain optimal muscle growth, to posing and helping me structure a stage routine and doing my perfect tan!
