At The Base we have group training classes available. Check out our timetable here.
Our group training are specialised to train a different muscle group each day. We have a combination of weight training and cardio.
The Group trainings are usually a circuit using functional training equipment.
Our specialised trainers lead the group training classes and are able to help you with your form, push you to your limits to help you reach your fitness goals.
