A good place to start to get on track to being healthy is to focus on eating more whole foods in their natural form (how they grew as close to the earth)🌱 ‼️TIPS‼️ FILL UP ON THE GOOD STUFF: Fill up on your vegetables, incorrperate healthy fat sources, some fruit & fibroids carbs. If eating animal products stick to grass fed, & don’t forget your herbs ‘n’ spices for flavour & healing properties. QUALITY is more important than quantity — all calories are NOT created equal. The sources & nutrient-density of our food play a much more important role in our health than the amount of calories it contains. Eat a wide VARIETY of colours everyday, & you will be getting plenty of beneficial nutrients, amino acids, phytochemicals and antioxidants to keep your body HEALTHY.❕ Drink adequate WATER - water is our life force make sure to drink enough and source good quality water.💦 What we put into our bodies impacts our mood, energy, & physical health. By becoming more mindful & intentional about what we eat, when we eat, & why we eat, we can create more balance & harmony both physically & emotionally.🙌🏼 You don't have to walk your journey alone.
