HEALING EMOTIONS



Healing our past is powerful in order to set ourselves free from negative emotions we carry in our energy field. Until we process these emotions & complete the past we continue to project it into our present life.❕ In order to heal our past we must be willing to bring it up & fully experience our unprocessed emotions & change the meaning we created in response to things that happened, seeing it from a greater perspective, & creating meaning that serves us more positively. Negative emotions only have power over us when we resist them, because whatever we resist persists. As we allow ourselves to experience our suppressed emotions in the present we can then heal the wounded parts of ourselves & complete our past. We are not the result of our past, we are who we choose to be in the present moment.
